MEET THE SENIOR PASTORS
Prophets/Pastors Rick
and Barb Meade
Pastors
Rick and Barb Meade are the founders and senior Pastors of Church of the Holy
Fire. They are a prophetic team moving in all five-fold ministry gifts.
The cry of their heart is to restore the wounded ministers, bind up the
wounds of the broken hearted and
perfecting the saints for the work of the ministry.
They were called
into the ministry in 1991, and since, have served as out reach ministers to the nursing homes and
hospital visitation. They have served as teachers, evangelists and assistant
pastors as well. In 1998, Pastor Rick
received a Word from the Lord “that he would be known as the preacher of the
fire of God”.
Pastor Barb was a teacher from the
beginning. She involved herself with Women’s Bible
Studies in her home before she served in any ministry capacity.
She received a word from the Lord in 1984 " that she would stand before
devils and would not fall." Another word of the Lord came in 1987 " that she would
sing in tongues and interpretation." This was the beginning of what is
experienced in Praise and Worship at Holy Fire.
Together this dynamic team started a church in their home and as of today
has out grown the current building.
Together they flow in the apostolic/prophetic anointing and witness
signs, wonders, and miracles as they minister.
They
are in the process of writing two books to be released. These books will
be a biography of their lives in ministry. One of the books to be released
is "The Prophets Who Wore Tennis Shoes." This is parables of
their life as they have grown together in ministry. The
other book to be released is "The Road to Recovery." This book
will demonstrate the power of God as HE walked Pastor Rick through the valley of
the shadow of death. This book will include the miraculous testimony of
Pastor Barb winning over sickness with God's divine intervention. The
devil tried to kill them, but GOD rose a standard against the enemy. We
will keep you informed to the release date. Come
and fellowship with them and observe a dynamic team working together for the
glory of God. |
